Hundred Fold Download Codes
Hundredfold, an independent rock band from Winnipeg Manitoba, contacted me to provide a method for allowing their fans to purchase and download their demo album online. The solution I created uses custom PHP scripts and Paypal’s API to create download codes that can be used to download the demo. Download codes can be created in bulk by the band so that they can print them off and sell them at their shows or an individual code can be purchased by a fan directly on their website via Paypal and the code is emailed to them. Once a code is obtained, the downloadable zip file is made available to the user and the code is expired.
This is one of the few websites I have created that does not use Drupal.
